I publicly share the niches I compete in. I’m not disclosing the names of my sites publicly at this time. The reason I am not disclosing my sites is because I share tactics I am use publicly. It would be easy for my competitors to copy these tactics and compete directly with me. I have enough competition already!
NICHE ONE
Business Lending Niche
I’ve spent years working in the financial niche as a developer, helping financial companies build loan technology and tools to grow their lending sites online. Because I have gained so much experience in this competitive field, I decided to enter this niche myself.
NICHE TWO
Travel Niche
For over a year I’d been consulting for a big travel website, mainly handling technical SEO to help it grow. With that experience under my belt, I decided to dive into a specific sub-niche of the travel and tourism industry, focusing on the USA.
NICHE THREE
CBD Niche
The CBD niche is one of the most competitive niches on the internet. I jumped right into this niche with my very first website to gain some SEO experience in one of the toughest niches online. Talk about diving headfirst into the deep end!
NICHE FOUR
Sustainable Clothing Niche
I chose the sustainability niche because it has future potential and longevity. My plan is not to build and sell sites quickly. Instead, my goal is to create sites and hold them as long-term assets in a portfolio of passive income sites.
NICHE FIVE
SilverStripe Niche
This was my first attempt at niching down. I offered SilverStripe development support in 2010. Fast forward to 2023, and I still have a bunch of clients, most of whom have become good friends. I continue to help them with SilverStripe work in collaboration with Anh, the co-founder of our tiny two-person agency that we started all those years ago.
