I’m a hands-on development consultant and technical SEO nerd! Originally from Ireland, I’ve been calling a seaside town in the Philippines my home for 11 years, where I live with my wife and daughter.
For over 15 years, I’ve been advising, leading, and delivering advanced web projects for medium to large businesses and high-end agencies all over the world.
I own four websites myself, so I understand the struggles business owners face when scaling their websites and apps.

My Story
Highlights of the moments in my work and personal life.
2008
I got hit by the travel bug and decided to travel the world, all while doing web development work to fund my trip.
2009
While exploring Vietnam, I met Anh, a developer who was using the same PHP framework I was passionate about. Together, we built our first app called Cardplug on the SilverStripe framework. Cardplug didn’t make us millions, but we gained valuable experience in customizing the Silverstripe framework.
2010
Low on funds, Anh and I joined forces and launched a SilverStripe development support agency. Fast forward 13 years to 2023, we are still helping clients with their SilverStripe projects.
2012
I was touring around Philippines kayaking when I met AJ, my now wife. We settled down in a little seaside town called Lucena and I’ve lived there for 11 years full time.
2017
I scored a development gig with a company that’s big in the personal lending and SEO business. My job was to help them create SEO tools for analyzing, tracking, and ranking their website assets. That’s when I completely fell in love with all things Technical SEO.
2018
I built my first niche website in the CBD space. Little did I know how competitive this space was but I preserved and learned the hard way how to grow the site using SEO.
2019
I built my second site in the travel space. I had experience providing SEO advice to a large travel website, so I stuck to what I knew and ventured into the travel niche.
2020
I struck a deal with my long-term client in the financial lending industry and built my third niche site in the business lending space in the USA.
2021
I built my fourth site in the sustainability space. I was aiming to enter a niche with longevity, as my main going is to build a portfolio of websites to hold for over a decade.
2023
When I’m not coding, growing revenue, and scaling my own portfolio of website assets, I help ambitious business owners scale theirs. I also continue to do Silverstripe development work with Anh.
